The Breakfast of Champions is the Legal Aid Society’s largest event of the year. During this event our staff members, board of trustees, government officials, community partners, and our brave former clients join together for a morning of triumphant storytelling, organization updates, and the opportunity to learn more about the Legal Aid Society.

The Domino Effect series was created to help inform the Orange County community on updates and resources available to help them combat civil legal issues. During the series, Legal Aid Society staff attorneys sit with Orange County’s Board of Commissioners and community partners to discuss various topics regarding housing, human trafficking, consumer debt, elder law, veterans’ affairs, and more.

The Legal Aid Society relies greatly on attorneys providing pro bono services to Orange County’s most vulnerable populations. We want to ensure that attorneys are well-equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to handle their pro bono cases. No experience in a specific area of law? No problem. Attorneys can attend one of our lunchtime trainings and receive all the information needed to begin handling cases in various areas of law.
