EPIC: Eviction Prevention in the Community

Facing eviction in Orange County? The EPIC (Eviction Prevention in the Community) program can help. If your family has received an eviction notice and you’re at risk of homelessness, EPIC offers:

-Financial assistance

-Budget and financial counseling

-Referrals to community resources

-Home and office support visits

To qualify, you must:

-Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident

-Have lived in Orange County for at least 90 days

-Have a court-filed eviction with minor children in the home

-Have insufficient resources to stop the eviction

-Be willing to work with a case manager to stabilize your housing
