The purpose for our Mediation Training is to inform attorneys about the mandatory mediation program that has been established in Orange County for all foreclosure cases filed on or after July 1, 2010. This training will review relevant mediation procedures and court approved forms that are required as part of this mediation program.

We were awarded 1.50 General CLER credits for the training and those credits will expire on May 9, 2012. The Course number is 1048-1.
